In project financing, the so-called “initial coin offering” (ICO) has caused a breakthrough. Blockchain technologies are currently becoming as significant for financing as the Internet was for communications, mainly due to their phenomenal speed and reduction of transaction costs. That has contributed to the development of a new economy (cryptoeconomy), which in its turn has opened up opportunities unimaginable in any traditional economic system.
The ICO is drawing everybody’s attention because of its ability to provide access to the global investment market for fast and safe project fundraising. What is Rocket ICO
Rocket ICO is an ecosystem where startup teams bring their ideas to interact with experts and investors in an efficient and safe way in order to create projects, set up ICO initiatives and raise funds in cryptocurrency. The Rocket ICO platform is a decentralized web-application (dApp) built on the Solidity DAO framework.

RocketICO Platform
- To streamline ICO initiative management. This will be achieved by providing assistance to startups at all the stages of an ICO initiative: whitepaper development, expert checks of a project, product, business model, marketing, legal aspects and other issues, with the help of an established expert network (marketing specialists, developers, lawyers, investors etc.), as well as a platform designed to manage ICO initiatives, landing page builders, and marketing campaign management tools.
- To select projects wishing to take part in the ICO. This will be achieved by an interactive expert system selecting projects, consulting startups and engaging experts and investors at all the stages of setting up a project for the ICO.
RocketICO Functionality
This part describes the functionality of RocketICO Platform.
Three different system modules are designed for:

- Experts;
- Startups and their teams.
For Investors
Top priority of the accelerator is to release investment-ready projects. Quite often, the ICO is a leap of faith for a potential investor. We want to take investments to the next level enabling investors to interact with a selected team at each stage of project preparation, and to support the team by investing at the earliest stages. We believe that this interaction mechanism makes investments more reasonable and safe, and ensures confidence and trust.
Investor Selection
Anyone can invest in the projects that completed the RocketICO acceleration program, as the process will not differ from standard investment. If an investor wants to receive access to RocketICO projects at an early stage, they need to register an account, and receive an e-wallet enabling investments in projects, which makes it possible to use the system to its fullest.
Investor Rating System
The Platform does not admit all potential investors to the projects at an early stage. System functionality increases with the improvement of an investor’s reputation that depends on the scope of investment in projects and their authority within the community.
